Creation Spirals are designed to be experienced, not simply understood. You might join a regular Spiral, experience one for the first time, learn to host a Spiral, mentor and support others, or help create opportunities for Spirals to grow in communities.

Host a Creation Spiral
Create a regular space where people can arrive, become present, share openly and listen deeply. You don’t need to have all the answers… the role is to help create the conditions for connection and creation to emerge.
Support a Creation Spiral
Bring your experience, encouragement, ideas or practical support to a Spiral. Help others explore possibilities, mentor emerging creators or support ideas that people freely choose to bring into the world.
How a Creation Spiral Works
A Creation Spiral moves through six simple movements. It isn’t a rigid process… we stay where the energy is, allowing presence, deep listening and what emerges between people to guide the experience.
C — Create Space
Presence first. Arrive. Slow down. Become present. Leave titles, roles, agendas and answers outside.
R — Reveal
No fixing. No pressure. Share openly and vulnerably. What wants to be spoken, explored, solved or created? There is no fixing, judging or pressure.
E — Explore
Silence is part of it. Listen deeply. Allow silence. Ask questions. Follow what emerges. Ideas are one part — sharing and deep listening allow new possibilities to appear.
A — Align
Follow what already has life. What is the Spiral being drawn toward? Notice the idea, possibility or intention that carries energy and alignment.
T — Take Inspired Action
Word + when. Always voluntary. Ask: What wants to happen next? Does anyone feel inspired to put their word to an action? If so: what will you do, and by when? Participation is always voluntary.
E — Expand
Every creation seeds the next. Support what has been chosen. Bring experience, learning and results back to the Spiral. Each creation can become the seed of another creation.
What Keeps a Creation Spiral Free
AI-Supported Capture
Only with everyone’s agreement. A Spiral can be recorded or transcribed so AI can help capture ideas, insights, connections, decisions and next steps, including who has freely put their word to an action, and by when.
Voluntary Leadership
No pressure. No obligation. Nobody is expected to take action simply because they are part of a Creation Spiral. Stepping forward means freely putting your word behind something you feel inspired to bring into physical form.
You Are Not Creating Alone
When someone steps forward, the Spiral can move with them. They carry the encouragement, intention, energy and spirit of the group. Others can offer support as the creation unfolds, while responsibility for the chosen action remains voluntary.
